Ordering Information Due to the nature of this business, many items are custom made, or special ordered. Due to this, returning items is not a simple task. Below is a description of the majority of return scenarios, corresponding policies and a brief explanation as to why. Acrylic, Delrin, and Wood can generally be returned for credit or refund, though the shipping costs are non-refundable either direction. Exceptions do exist. Large quantities and special orders may be returnable depending on the situation. A restocking fee will usually apply. Contact us to see if your order fits this description. In stock tools can be returned for credit or refund, less shipping costs either direction. Special order tools: Are generally not returnable. In some cases the product may be returnable but will likely have a restocking fee, additional shipping charges associated with it. Mandrels: If the reason for return is fault of manufacturer, returns will be allowed. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns are generally not allowed. But please check, your situation might warrant special considerations. Calls: Calls are warranted against defects in craftsmanship. Abuse, loss and lack of care do not constitute warranty repair. Calls also receive lifetime tuning, reed, and cork replacements for the original purchaser.
We insure most everything we send out, and suggest that if you are returning something to us, that you insure it on its way back as well... We cant afford to pay for shipping services that may loose product, and there for will not be responsible for loss by the shipping company. We will work hard to help you find and receive proper reimbursement from the shipping provider, to the best of our abilities. Just remember, if its worth worrying about, its worth insuring.
To order, fill out an order form, and mail it in with a check or money order. We do not accept Pay Pal any longer, and do not accept credit cards.
