Bulk and Backorders
Bulk Orders:
If you want to make a bulk order to recieve the Quantity Discount, and the Online Store does not have a large enough quantity available, please contact us to make arrangements. The store will not allow one to order more than the quantity available in inventory. Email us, and we will make arrangements for you to order on the online store. All it requires is for us to trade an email or two.
Backorders:
The system is set up to NOT allow backordering of items. If you require more items than are in inventory, and would like to split ship your order (quantity in stock, and a seperate shipment when new stock arrives) you will need to place your second order once new inventory has arrived. You may contact us to notify us of your additional needs and we can reply with estimated delivery times of new inventory so you can make your second order as soon as possible.
Why is it this way?
Basically - its a limitation of the Online Store software coupled with varying delivery times from our different vendors. As well, we can't always accurately predict the popularity of any item - and it is a learning process for us as we go... It was decided that the best thing to do to keep things organized and avoid any loss of orders or errors was to not allow customers to order items that are not in stock. We are happy to work with you any way we can to get you the product you need as timely as possible, just contact us and we will do everything we can.
