Returns/Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of most of the products on this site, the majority of our products are either not returnable/exchangeable or have strict stipulations surrounding the return/exchange of the product to keep products safe for all of our customers.

All returns must be pre-authorized.  Please contact us if you wish to return an item (via email or the automated return system).  Include in your email, the item, when purchased, invoice number/order number, and reason you are requesting a return/exchange.  Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order date.  Refunds will be made once products have been received, inspected, and approved by WEBFoot Custom Calls.  If the products are not in satisfactory condition they will be returned to the customer.  Shipping costs of returning unacceptable items to the customer is the responsible of the customer.


WEBFoot reserves the right to repair, replace, or substitute a comparable item at its discretion.
