Shipping & Shop Schedule
Orders generally ship the next business day (USPS holidays, weekends, and shop closures excepted): Orders are packed first thing in the morning Monday - Friday and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The website will email a tracking number when your order ships, so keep an eye on your email if you want to keep tabs on the progress. Orders placed after appx 7:00AM MT typically will not be shipped until the following shipping day. We are one of the first stops on the route so we are usually scrambling to get orders out in the morning, ESPECIALLY Monday morning. We try, but no promises.
Our typical shop schedule: This may change without advance notice - we all know how life likes to throw curve balls at a person. Should something come up, it will be posted below and/or a pop-up notification will be added to the site.
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (Mountain time)
We do NOT have a shop phone, please contact us via E-MAIL.
Anticipated "Out of the Shop" dates: Please expect slow responses to emails and delayed shipping during these times. If you are expecting a reply from us, and it is not one of the dates listed below, and been longer than 2-3 days, please check your junk/spam filter. Microsoft emails (outlook, hotmail, live, etc), Google, and Yahoo have a tendency to block our emails and not notify the recipient at all.

Late June - Early July 2026 - Closed appx 2 weeks for Wheat Harvest
September 2, 2026 - September 30, 2026 - This whole month is up in the air - may have a "Tag of a lifetime" for Archery Elk.
November 24, 2026 - November 30, 2026 - Thanksgiving
December 18, 2026 - January , 2027 - Christmas and New Years (we will likely have a day or two when we come in and ship out the accumulated orders - but it will be random)

Holiday Shipping: We are at the mercy of the USPS - what ever they report as their "estimated ship by" time is as good of a guess as we have... Once it's out of our hands - its in the USPS's hands - until its in yours! :D If we were to make a wild guess, we would say that to feel "pretty sure" it will get there by Christmas, your order should be placed by December 16th-18th just to be safe.
Express mail is an option, but due to our small post office and location on the main route - we are only guaranteed 2-day on Express mail - it can be sort of a costly upgrade for not much faster service. Information on Express Mail Upgrades can be hound HERE.
